Bioresonance is based on quantum physics and, above all, the Far Eastern teachings on energy systems and energy flows in humans, animals and plants as well as the control of these energies to achieve a physical or energetic balance (meridians, chakras, etc.). The principles and systems used are not recognized by conventional medicine in Europe. All statements are to be understood in an energetic context, in no way are diagnoses and therapies in the conventional medical sense meant. When information preparations and substances are mentioned in connection with the bioresonance method, this refers to energetic preparations within the meaning of § 1 para. 3 no. 9 of the Medicinal Products Act, which are not medicinal products and do not fall under the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG, Federal Law Gazette I No. 13/2006).
HRV (heart rate variability) as a feedback source:
In healthy people, the heart reacts continuously to external and internal signals with finely tuned changes in the heartbeat. Our heart reacts directly to everything we experience on the outside and think and feel on the inside. This phenomenon is called heart rate variability (HRV).
All our life rhythms are reflected in our heartbeat. Many people think that our heart should beat as regularly as possible. However, the interval between each heartbeat is never completely the same, as the Chinese already knew 1700 years ago. A variable heart rate indicates a positive state of health, whereas a rigid pulse indicates a very critical situation.
A poor value can indicate an illness, the use of medication, stress or an unhealthy lifestyle and should be clarified by a doctor if necessary. In any case, it is important to train and improve the value and the physical mechanism behind it. In principle, such a measurement cannot replace a visit to the doctor or a professional assessment of your state of health. In case of doubt, medical advice should always be sought or a comprehensive health check is advisable.
Most HRV measurement systems work with an ear or finger clip and PC software. They are therefore suitable for stationary use and are intended purely as a training tool.
